Scope
Strategic rebrand of a legacy think tank for global positioning
Impact
Translated complex stakeholder insights into a clear, compelling brand narrative and positioning framework.
Elevated visual identity to stand alongside top-tier global organizations, enhancing recognition and trust across sectors.
Strengthened engagement with key audiences — from policymakers to corporate partners — by aligning messaging and design with institutional goals.
Delivered a cohesive, future-ready brand system built to support long-term growth and influence.
I led the rebranding of the Pacific Institute, a global leader in water solutions, to align its identity with its growing influence across sectors — from local utilities to international decision-makers.
Through stakeholder interviews and a full audit of their digital and communications assets, we uncovered key insights into how the organization was perceived and where it needed to evolve.
Working closely with a team of strategists and designers, I developed a clear brand narrative, robust positioning, and a visual identity system that now elevates the Institute alongside the world’s most recognized organizations in the water and climate space.
The result: a credible, future-facing brand that reflects the Pacific Institute’s leadership on the global stage.

Chain Reaction: How One Project Sparked the Next
Just as we completed the rebrand, the Pacific Institute invited us to support a new water series launching at COP in Cairo, led by the Water Resilience Coalition under the UN Global Compact. In addition to branding the series and developing a cohesive visual system to spotlight their global impact, we directed and produced the debut film — leading on-the-ground production across multiple locations in and around São Paulo, Brazil, to capture real-world stories of water resilience in action.
